Ata Health supported the University of New Mexico (Project ECHO) and the U.S. CDC to design and conduct a virtual community of practice series for four cohorts of the U.S. CDC Public Health Emergency Management Fellowship Program.  Ata Health was responsible for designing and executing the monitoring and evaluation plan, which included a theory of change, session-based polls, electronic surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions.   Sessions were held with representatives from dozens of countries across Africa and Asia. Ata Health utilized statistical methods for assessing the relationship between vCOP exposure and outcomes, to determine the effectiveness and impact of the initiative.
