Dr. Alexandra Zuber serves as a member of a World Health Organization Communities of Practice (CoP) Standards Working Group, contributing to the development of the first WHO reporting checklist for Communities of Practice. The initiative aims to improve the quality, transparency, and consistency of how CoPs are designed, implemented, described, and evaluated in global health. As part of a multidisciplinary group of implementers, academic methodologists, and funders, Dr. Zuber reviews draft checklist components, participates in a Delphi prioritization process, and contributes to consensus discussions to strengthen reporting standards. This effort supports improved evidence generation, cross-initiative learning, and greater credibility of CoPs among policymakers, funders, and practitioners worldwide.
