One Health Workforce Next Generation Initiative
The USAID One Health Workforce Next Generation Initiative is a five-year, $85 million initiative designed to build a transdisciplinary workforce in One Health to support the detection and control of zoonotic infections, antimicrobial resistance, and other health threats. Under prime partner University of California – Davis One Health Institute, Ata Health leads the organizational development program to help build the organizational sustainability of two regional One Health training networks in Africa and Southeast Asia, including their progress to direct USAID funding awards.
