The World Health Organization (WHO) has established a Global Roadmap for the Public Health and Emergency Health Workforce, which outlines key strategies for strengthening national and global data on public health and emergency health workers, standardizing competencies, and improving advocacy among governments and international entities to increase investment in this critical area of public health system. Ata Health’s Principal is a member of the WHO Steering Group that is guiding the implementing of this roadmap, and participates in routine technical workshops.
